M aterial Management System is a web application which allows the management of various branches of the manufacturing firm. This proposed system should keep track of the raw material, work-in-progress and finished goods at our different units. It should manage the entire process, right from the receipt of raw material, its quality checking, issue of material for manufacturing, wastage during the process, stock of finished goods, valuation of the inventory and also the physical stock inspection.

This system should automatically send notifications to the concerned departments when the reorder level is reached. It should also keep the details of the vendors supplying the raw materials. It should also generate the order statements automatically in pdf format, which in turn would be sent through email.

In this system, the main focus is on the managing the inventory and the formulations used to make them.

The details would be like: raw materials, materials’ quality, formulation of each product, and different formulations of different products. Validations would also be including such as; extra raw materials’ storage, accessed material used wastage of material, and other materials (if included).

Formulations would include validations and formulas, on which bases the production would depend. Daily details of produced products would be inspected with the detailed reports.

Employee master form is contains employee details and manage employee details. User can add new employee details, update employee details and delete employee details.

Supplier Master Form which shows the company details, supplier’s personal details and, it also manage the supplier details. User can add new supplier details, update supplier details and delete supplier details.

Raw material master is a form which is connected with raw material type master form and, it shows that the details of raw material, it’s also shows effective rates for each raw material; it shows daily use of raw material and, manage raw material details.User can add new raw material details, update raw material details and delete raw material details.

Raw material type master form which is shows raw material types and, manages raw material type details. User can add new raw material type details, update raw material type details and delete raw material type details.

Formulation Master is a form which is connected with product master form and, it shows formulation details and, manages formulation.

Product master is a form which is connected with issue raw material form and, it shows product names and, manages product details. User can add new product details, update product details and delete product details.

Order master is a form which is connected with supplier master form and, it shows order date, delivery date and, manages order details.

A batch is a form which is connected with product master form and, it shows batch no, quantity and manage batch details. User can add new batch details, update batch details and delete batch details.

Package is a form which is connected with batches form and, it shows package types and, manages package details. User can add new package details, update package details and delete package details.
